Lennie has been serving the Aspen community as an attorney since 1966. His practice focuses on
real estate transactions, helping clients with the purchase, sale, and financing of single-family homes,
multi-family residences, and commercial properties. He also assists clients with land use matters,
business formation, and ongoing business operations.

Throughout his long career, Lennie has earned a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and client
dedication. He holds Martindale-Hubbell’s top AV rating, with a peer review score of 5.0 out of 5.
Lennie has also contributed to the legal community as Vice President of the Colorado Bar Association,
President of the Pitkin County Bar Association, Aspen Municipal Judge, and Pitkin County Attorney.

With decades of experience, Lennie takes pride in mentoring younger attorneys and sharing his
knowledge with others who seek his insight in real estate and business law. Lennie was the senior
partner at Oates, Kenzevich, Gardenswartz, Kelly & Morrow for 45 years before joining Klein Coté
Edwards Citron LLC of counsel.
